Scholarship Amount

- Be enrolled in a public or chartered nonpublic high school, or be homeschooled or attending a dropout recovery high school.
- Rank in the top 5% of their graduating class.
- Graduate on time (within one year of eligibility determination).
- Enroll at a qualifying institution of higher education in Ohio.
Application Process
The application portal for the GMS opens in December and closes on May 31 for the class of 2024. Students at public schools do not need to apply; their schools will nominate them. Homeschooled students and those from dropout recovery schools must complete a college admissions test (ACT or SAT) and submit an application through the online portal.
