Job Description

The job holder is responsible for support and maintenance of desktop infrastructure including but not limited to Computers, laptops, Printers, scanners and other terminals. He/she will troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required. S/he also participates in network installations of various units and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN environments.

Job Requirement

BSc Degree in Computer Science, electrical Engineering, computer Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines with a minimum of 4(four) years of work experience in hardware and network troubleshooting relevant IT experiences.

  • Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems and standards.

The jobholder coordinates the creation and implementation of the data management plans and models when data integrity, backup, and security have become an increasingly important aspect of the work.

Job Requirement

BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Computer Engineering and related fields of study with a minimum of six (6) years in Database administration or related field; three (3) of which should be in a senior/equivalent role preferably in the banking sector

Job Requirement

  • Strong hands-on/technical knowledge of core Microsoft technologies including but not limited to Windows Servers, Active Directory, MS SQL, DNS, MS Exchange, SharePoint

Job Requirement

Master’s Degree in Economics, Project Management, Management, and related fields; plus at least 10 years overall work experience out of which at least four years on Project Management/Coordination experience; preferably in Banking and Financial sectors. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is  an added advantage.

  • Proven experience on Project initiation, planning, analysis/appraisal, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and closure processes;
